Deployed ROS-I control on FANUC ArcMate 50iD/7L, replacing manual workflows with automated DXF-based weld path execution. Engineered remote I/O control of Keyence PLC using Python RPCs for time-synchronized welds, achieving > 90 % repeatability. Programmed FANUC RoboGuide (KAREL) to stream joint states to ROS, enabling MoveIt-based motion planning and visualization. Developed diagnostics, sensor integration, and recovery procedures that cut programming/setup time by 90 % (2 h → 10 min)

Built a fully-actuated segment TDCR-based manual endoscope using tension-based and mechanical logic elements to create reliable control by eliminating digital latency.
